TIP 1: Clean your skis well with ULLA Cleaner/Conditioner
Always be sure to start every long distance wax with a clean, blank canvas for best application results.
TIP 2: You're only as good as your base layer
Set a good base layer. Our favourites for long distance are ULLA Glide Wax in Red and Red Black.
TIP 3: Layer up
When going from A to B in changing snow conditions, we suggest layering your ULLA Wax application, starting with the fastest wax and building up. The first wax you apply will take you through the end of the race, so choose wisely! TIP 4: Take the time to polish
Be sure to brush polish well after every layer of wax application for a smooth and consistent glide.
